Think before speaking

Day 1

A person either controls the words coming out of their mouth or the words control them.  Which are you? 

Do you stop to think about what you are about to say?  Do you ask:  Does it make sense?  Are the words too emotional or lacking any feeling at all?  Do they serve a purpose? Are all points considered?

Balancing thinking and speaking only takes a few seconds.  The benefits include the elimination of unnecessary or harmful words and improved conversation.
