Think before speaking
Day 1
A person either controls the words coming out of their mouth or the words control them. Which are you?
Do you stop to think about what you are about to say? Do you ask: Does it make sense? Are the words too emotional or lacking any feeling at all? Do they serve a purpose? Are all points considered?
Balancing thinking and speaking only takes a few seconds. The benefits include the elimination of unnecessary or harmful words and improved conversation.
TIP: Think a few seconds before talking

Improve English speaking through yinyang
The Chinese philosophy of yinyang believes opposite forces are complimentary. For example, the moon and stars need the darkness to highlight their beauty.
Our speaking habits often reflect either the moon and stars or the darkness, leaving people unable to see our true beauty.
Productive English meditations provide thoughts on balancing the light and dark English-speaking forces within you.
The meditations cover a wide range of English-speaking topics and only take a minute or two to let your moon and stars shine brightly in the darkness.
Here’s to you becoming a more productive English speaker in 2020.
